We implement progressive investor relations practices for African listed companies for them to achieve the following;-

 • Having the ability to communicate directly with shareholders, instead of, or in addition to, the media. This is important in crisis communication or communications in corporate actions (e.g. raising capital or mergers and acquisitions) where direct contact with shareholders is highly desirable

 • Automating communications with stakeholders has, as one of its most important objectives, the ability to ensure broad, non-exclusionary and equal access to information for all shareholders and stakeholders

 • Promoting feedback at all times so corporate strategies can evolve in a way that is responsive to shareholder and stakeholder expectations. Being able to automate this is key to ensuring that management and Board are not burdened with time consuming costly effort

In short our product is about using the relationships created with shareholders to promote overall company reputation and the reputation of its products and services.

Our products and services make up tangible evidence of added shareholder value.
